2. What data we collect
When you submit the Private Beta signup form we collect the following information:
- Organization name
- Number of applications / services
- Tech stack description
- Contact person name
- Country
- Email address
- Phone number
3. Why we collect this data
We use this data exclusively to evaluate your interest in the FlowDex private beta and to contact you about potential participation. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the signup form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@flowdex.dev.
5. Data retention
If we follow up on your submission and you do not join the private beta, we will delete your data. If we do not follow up, your data will be deleted within 6 months of submission. Once you join the beta, separate terms apply.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to the Brainstack team responsible for the FlowDex private beta programme.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. No third-party cookies are set.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
