FlowDex is a product of Brainstack, a software engineering company registered in the Netherlands. For questions about this privacy statement you can reach us at info@flowdex.dev.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the Private Beta signup form we collect the following information:
- Organization name
- Number of applications / services
- Tech stack description
- Contact person name
- Country
- Email address
- Phone number
3. Why we collect this data
We use this data exclusively to evaluate your interest in the FlowDex private beta and to contact you about potential participation. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the signup form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@flowdex.dev.
5. Data retention
If we follow up on your submission and you do not join the private beta, we will delete your data. If we do not follow up, your data will be deleted within 6 months of submission. Once you join the beta, separate terms apply.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to the Brainstack team responsible for the FlowDex private beta programme. Website usage data is shared with Google through Google Analytics and with Leadinfo (see section 7).
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_1FDXNGW9CZ, which are kept for up to 2 years. Google may process this data outside the EU and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We also use Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands) to see which companies visit this website. Based on your IP address, Leadinfo shows us publicly available company information, such as the company name and address, and which pages were viewed. To recognise repeat visits, Leadinfo may store an identifier in your browser or derive one from browser characteristics such as screen size and language. It also uses the domain of an email address entered in a form (such as example.com) to link IP addresses to companies. Leadinfo stores this data in the EU. You can opt out of recognition at leadinfo.com/en/legal/opt-out; Leadinfo then no longer uses your data.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings.
In addition, we use our own FlowDex statistics without cookies: a random session ID in your browser's session storage (removed when you close the tab) lets us count page views, scroll depth and clicks. This data is not shared with third parties.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
